If I switch management software providers, will I keep my reservation data?
Yes! You will be connected with real people to help you learn the ins and outs of the software as well as ensure that all of your rules and data come with the switch.
Are there any costs to onboard?

We implement a $500 onboarding fee that allows you to access the full features and start setup with Campspot. After this initial charge, the only cost to utilize all of Campspot's features is $2 per reservation.*

*$2 per reservation applies if you opt into the Marketplace otherwise the charge is $3 per reservation

What downtime will I experience with the switch?

None! Our team will work side by side capturing all of your existing rules, reservations, and data until we make the switch. When you are ready and comfortable, we will turn on the software and it is ready to go!
